Chef Simone is 28 generations Roman and from a family of chefs.
So, he was born and raised in the kitchen!
At thirteen he started working in a restaurant and later graduated from the International Chef School of Rome. Since then he has worked abroad and in Rome at prestigious restaurants, hotels and as a private chef for the US Embassy.
His aim is to give you a unique “taste” of Rome and have you experience his traditions & customs through a deep immersion at typical off the beaten track areas.
Needless to say how much he is passionate about his job and it shows!
